Exhibition 2009:
Our annual exhibition was opened by the Mayor of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames who also presented the awards. The work exhibited shows that our members have a wide range of photographic interests.
The exhibition awards for our members to aim for include trophies
for Nature prints and slides in addition to
our two sections for both prints and slides/PDIs, also the best panel in
the exhibition, an annual set subject for slides/PDIs as well as awards
for the best print and the best slide/PDIs in the exhibition.
Our members act as stewards during the opening times of our exhibition and have the opportunity to discuss photography with members of the public and members of other photographic societies who come to see our work.
